If and there should be, a return policy sign. That should have been pointed to and acknowledged on the receipt.
Danny has said things in the past and not come to frustration, but a return policy posted, he cannot change. The customer is just trying to coheres the store to give him his money back.
That's the issue, the customer never looked at the receipt and still tried to return the item. It was only upon return, that it was pointed out to him. And! Nothing was said about tags being removed from the items.
4 BBB complaints out of all the sales that Brav has made, is not a strong point to point out. That DD should have been done to see if the sign in the store was posted before posting what a customer alleges to have taken place.
I am not a defender of DA. But I do want fact and not hearsay!
