Yes indeed, issuing $4 MILLION worth of shares in the current price range would probably require raising the A/S and the resulting increase in O/S would to trip 0's pretty quickly. At least the Class C shareholders would get SOMETHING though.

The Class C shares are redeemable immediately and expire next March. The company has not even sent all the shares out yet. The company's strategy seems to be to stall and hope the Class C shareholders wait too long. That's relying on shareholder stupidity and I don't think ALL of the Class C shareholders are THAT stupid.
