Exactly so! Although it does appear that NO "merger" took place, only a renaming of PVEC and change of story.

As time goes by, I am less and less inclined to believe that Joel was merely duped by PV. As more and more of the LIES are directly attributable to him, it is apparent that he is a knowing and willing participant in the scheme.
