Those three "phases" are never talked about by other biotechs for the simple reason that they get all the animal testing done in 6 months and go on to the hard stuff -- clinical testing.

Only NNVC stretches the animal testing out over 4 years so has to make it look like progress is occurring by talking about which phase of preclinical tox they are in.
