Pete Riordan said they wouldn't need an A/S raise and look what happened, A/S was doubled in 8 months and already maxed out.

IF ntek "IR" or any insider tells you they won't need another A/S raise it's just a fat lie to get you to keep holding, ntek badly needs the cash from selling stock.
