Yep. Its a small oil company that is trying to get bigger. Production numbers are known at this point. Moving to a higher exchange, etc. MMs hold the cards right now, and when investors get excited about a PR, they will gladly sell you shares at a price they choose.
Anyone looking for a moon-shot will most likely be an unhappy pappy. There are serveral touts on this board setting some wild expectations. Too much emotion.
Re-read the last PR and ask your self if these guys are trying to do the next right thing and if so, will they succeed?
