Again....you, me and everyone else here have no clue on the terms of the merger. Peter's lease could have been excluded from the merger. More than likely, Peter signed a personal guarantee on the lease. It is well within the rights of DSUS NOT to assume the responsibility of the lease. Period.

If you examine the eviction notice....everything was in PVEC's name....thats the first clue.
