IW for the 30+ stores that have been visited by the Torch holders, I was thinking on adding A thumbs up/thumps down image next to each store that either exceeds expectations or needs process improvement ie proper setup or awareness of training. The results will be fowarded to the CEO when we retrieve a centain percentage of stores visited and documented. What do you think ? Is there anything you want to add ?
