While I believe that it doesn't happen overnight but the company was acquiring businesses with debt (what company doesn't have debt) without having their own under control. Cleo has yet to show any revenue and their highest earner is in the kids dance wear catagory. You won't see any big box retailer pick up the dance wear bc it won't sell to the general public. It is true that this company has come a long way. But it still has a very long way to go. The next relevant pr will only be good to let those who want out, out.
