I didn't know the CFO has left the building. I guess he finally relies "CASH IS KING", that executive members of the company can't afford to be given the cash away to it family member like Dad and uncle Bo for example. He probably spoke out against what others was doing, and they probably told him, to hit the road. Or on the other hand he probably wasn't doing a good job as a CFO. The company rely on his financial accuracy reports and his job to control the cash flow.

It was his job to make sure the company have money, and know how to raise money before it is needed. He probably could not look ahead and see that this was turning back into a penny stock. CFO suppose to keep his/her eyes on the CASH FLOW, and let the CEO and COO know if they do something stupid is may or can put the company in a bad financial situation.

Maybe he was paying to much for the Vape stores leases, because the ones I have seem, they're paying a nice premium for the locations. You know they are never going to tell us the real reason why he left.

And number one is to join in and help keep the shareholders happy.
