My biggest fear is how they are going to acquire WRES's assets

Good options:
1. Receive private funding from a sale of restricted securities (like CBLI did)
2. Merger with WRES
3. Get acquired by another company.
4. Don't do the deal at all (yes, i'd rather not have the assets then do toxic financing through a loan to get them)

Bad options:
1. Raise the O/S and dilute the stock to raise funds (which I doubt they'll do)
2. Issue warrants that can be converted to stock (Like GBSN)
3. Take a loan from a bank, promissory note, etc.

Either way, i'm sitting this one out to see what they do before re-investing in this one
