About those missing SEC filings. Anyone find them yet? I've looked everywhere.

Exhibit 10.12 is missing from this CT order. Contained in it, is the original Dominion agreement. It dates back to the Hanover registration statement. Dominion never had an original registration statement. It is hidden in the CT order I presume. The public, including me, does not know what is contained in it. It was to have been filed in December 2014.
