It's plain and simple dilution. Now whether we got scammed or not is still in question.

I've been in a lot of crazier plays that made gold in the darkest of times.

Developments for KALO took longer than they expected, and common shareholders are paying for that.

I doubt management would risk a scam/lawsuit on their hands. They're pretty reputable.
