That's completely false. That's pure speculation. Most likely the judge asked for another continuance so that the parties could try and reach an agreement.Its also likely that this September 24th conference call is likely to result in either parties have reached an agreement and if not possible another date in a couple of weeks so both sides can continue negotiating. If that fails it will be back to asking parties if they are ready for trial. Of course the motion for summary judgment would take place before trial and I believe that would be the next court date if an agreement isn't reached.
