And you'd believe this new estimate, why? I can't speak for the estimated dates of Lubbock, Texas, Pointe Coupe Parish, Louisiana, Hardee County, Florida, or Hendry County, Florida, but I CAN speak of the estimated dates for the Taylor County, Florida plant. The first estimate was the end of 2014, then it was the first quarter of 2015, then the second quarter, then the third, and the last estimate was the fourth quarter of 2015. They still don't have their EPC report, and from what I've been told here, the EPC report on hold is for Hendry County, not Taylor. They say Taylor is going to be the first plant, so even when they receive the EPC report, they'll have to file again for the Taylor report which will take more time. Wouldn't you rather wait for a truthful date instead of another postponement?
