If this deal goes through, it will provide $INPH a nice lift in Cash, going from $1.3MM to $2.1MM Cash assets.

The company can then use this money to develop and market Penveu to other school districts, etc.

Furthermore, the outsourcing of production to VirTex will greatly reduce the overhead and costs for $INPH so that they can concentrate more on marketing and development.

Book Value alone with this company is $.41/share ($3.503MM shareholders equity/ 8.3MM shares outstanding).

Institutions hold 32.59% or 2.735MM shares, so the float is roughly 5.65MM shares. This thing is very undervalued IMO.

I currently have an email out to the company to confirm that the O/S has not increased in the last few days and if it hasn't, then this is a definite buy IMO.
