Yeah 420, I have to agree on the first point, and hate to even speculate on the second.

There are definitely some protective measurers and attributes to having the opportunity to convert to the Preferred A Series.

Hate to say it but at this point it all comes down to Honesty and Integrity. And the truth is that, Lots of Money can move that needle either way. Now if we continue to see others being provided the opportunity to acquire or convert, then "Houston we have a problem" Now ,Carlton well He's floating the boat and deserves this opportunity as far as I'm concerned.

At this point in my life I've been swindled by closer friends, and for a lot more money than I have invested here.

I'm sure there is a huge list of Family and Friends, and friends of friends that have a steak in this venture that we share holders are totally unaware of. Lets just hope honesty and Integrity prevail for all parties concerned.
