In the consumer response, the customer claims to have "hard" evidence which contradicts most..." including a "witness" who would "testify under oath" that the owner of the store was the aggressor.
Surprisingly (???) his witness appears to be his "fiancee (a woman)???"
This whole complaint is full of personal issues displayed by the customer including several prejudicial positions.
With a customer who thinks like this, there is no way the business can be fair or satisfy him (ever).
His written complaint to the BBB is worth ZERO.
