Actually that's a public award, given annually in India for 22 years before the Windstream factory was built there. I'm getting good reports directly from the Indian government, that the initiatives there are highly popular, and there are strong revenue bases forming there. Looking to reacquire my old position plus soon, as the new lows get closer to my buy target. While the stock has been on a long downward slope, due mostly to dilution, the stock has a history of incredible gains to be made from certain buy points. The share price right now reflects the amount of $$ the company had to raise for it's activities, and not the companies viability. Looking for gains of 1800 to 5400% when next quarter financials are released.
