It's really not that difficult... She's not being replaced because she has not asked the Court for leave, and I don't know and I never said what role Chris Davis has in the case other than Jennifer Brandt asked for him to be admitted to the Court. All that other "stuff" mentioned was all speculation and/or a twisting of what I posted.
