The way I see it...

Looks like the MM VERT was the one who did most of the selling at .013 with huge blooks (one block was 2450000 shares)
Some one wanted to get out and he did thorugh VERT.
As soon as this was over the price went up again.
Now we are .013 x .014 3x1

Actually, it is better to get rid of the weak hands now before the run starts. I still think we will go back to .015 today.

Of course, this is all IMO.
