So since M&C is a wholly owned subsidiary of OROT, and they are buying out SIRG...then that means their financials will be reflected on OROT? It's like a 3rd party....buying a 3rd party. Or would M&C's financials be reflected on SIRG filings instead of OROTs? That part I'm a bit confused on.
