Most worrying is the fact that the float is only 5,515,000 for a value of $7,721 and that the total shares outstanding is 746,335, 937 so 740,820,937 shares are in the hands of the insiders then it would be very easy for them to manipulate the price! This company is certainly an empty shell and you should stay away from it.
