Haven't been playing pennies long have you? Apple and Google do not run around searching the net for small companies using their name. The SEC does. Even though the SEC is useless in most cases they will investigate OTC claims that are false and PR'S stating associations with larger companies that are false is a big red flag for them. I have seen many OTCS suspended for false or misleading PR'S that began with using false associations. I'm simply stating after a year of using Google and Apples play store they wouldn't be doing so any longer if it weren't true. It's my believe the app exist VIA the Google app approval. Why they haven't released the app competently I don't know. Had you help several penny's that became worthless due to suspension as i have for such things you would have a better understanding.
