Because Clearpath is a private company. And probably needs a path to become public. GROC is clean after that divestiture. So why wouldn't Clearpath want to merge.
GROC could be a clean shell as far as I know.
Clearpath has investors already. So money may not be an issue, however reaching the $4 trillion market they predicted would be hard as a private company.
My hunch. That's all.
