Shi468 - you are full of theories (now and then)

about the negative ploys of management and
these theories imply that you feel misled or deceived
but then you say that you believe in AOT and the products

First : communication is not a complex concept and neither is
good or clear communication and neither is the clear communication
of good news

I have no doubt whatsoever that all kinds of communication are withinthe CEO and Management's capabilities : whatever is needed, he can do it, and not forgetting the various PR people hired; right now it is Jay Morakis and by all accounts Mr Morakis did a good job at the SH Meeting

Just because the communication has often been controlled by NDA's or conspicuous in its absences or its ambiguities does not mean that the shareholders are being deceived or ripped off or given the wrong
priority - we simply have a lower priority than the potential clients who ARE OUR first priority for now.

Recent PR's have included very clear and confident statements about a bifurcated strategy that is based on aggressive sales of all
products : that is good enough for me - why not for you ?

These PR's are valid and legally bound communications : they contain no proprietary information and they join up all the points on the map so far : what more could CEO do ?

There has never been any transparency : why should it start now, as we get nearer to any Crunch ?

Also - it seems to have been forgotten that at one time, the big issue was that STWA/QS would be taken over....That possibility was generally unpopular but would now seem to have receded further, with the formation of QSEP

Please be specific about how YOU would have communicated ie how
you would have treated the potential clients ?
