Bridgrace, The Form D is for the recent $3 mil financing, of which $721 K has been sold, with approx $2.28 mil still available. Gelband & Co took some of the offering, and Aurora Capital also participated, which is affiliated with Dr. Lippa.

With this funding, it shouldn't be too long before they announce details on the new RD trial with CX-1739. In his presentation Dr. Manuso indicated it should start in Q4. As we saw in the past, running respiratory trials can be somewhat tricky, but Dr. Lippa has had previous experience with the Dronabinol Sleep Apnea trial, so that should help.
