Once St. Julien cutts a plea agreement with the DOJ, he'll be required to provide evidence against other co-CONspirators. This includes BIG Bennie Blankenship ... "the corrupt stock promoter". Then one early morning (between 6 and 8 AM usually), the FBI will knock on his door and give him 10 minutes to gett dressed and make a phone call, if necessary, to a neighbor or relative to lett them know what is happening and ask them to check in on the house later. They may also lett him call his lawyer from home and advise him to meet at the booking location or at least tell him that BIG will be there and then in custody.
If they have a search warrant, which they likely will, they will have other FBI agents conduct the search, seize or disc-image computers, CDs, USB fobs, and any external hard drives. They will also seize any cell phones/smartphones and any answering machine. They will also seize banking and financial records, and any written business documents, letters, or other business-related materials.
Once he's booked, his lawyer will be advised by a representative of the US Attorney's office as to what level of bail the DOJ will seek and a mutually convenient arraignment date(s)/time(s) will be discussed and then the DOJ will request one or more of those dates/times for the initial arraignment and bail hearing.
Then BIG will be in the BIG house (local county jail or Federal detention center) until he can make bail. For Cincinnati he will likely go to the local county jail until he makes bail.
So once FNRG's St. Julien cutts a plea deal, expect BIG Bennie to go with the FBI agents one sunny morning a few/several months later (4-8 months after St. Julien proffers his full debriefing as part of a plea deal).
