1. Downside risk, IMO, on this new structure - assuming it's a couple of hundred thousand a month and fairly close breakeven is .01 - .03 IMO. That's downside assuming no additional opex b.s. and streamlined operations.


2. Upward channel gets hit on a couple of things

a) concrete sales of $1m plus a quarter. This $0.5m isn't going to cut it if you are trying to see PPS improvement


b) profit generation of at least $0.3m or greater in a quarter - that means they are getting to scale, controlling costs on both COS and operating expenses.

c) transparency into channel and product sales - no one knows the make up of the revenue.
