That timeline might be close. It could go into 2016 (only 3.5 months out) before the R/S handling results of the actions taken by Vanis are finalized and the "I screwed the shareholders" or "I rewarded the shareholders" chapter will be closed!

Not until the end of the year. Need to actually get screwed before you can do anything like that.
