ADA and AHA both recommend bariatric surgery which will be brought up at conference in November. Do diabetics and heart doctors associations will recommend surgery as an option especially for those that can't control hypertension and diabetes. They are also recommending CMS cover not only centers of excellence, but all centers to cover bariatric surgeries. This may be why the surgee today in volume
