Luna. Over 90% of these types of companies in the micro cap world never make it anywhere. A big reason for this high failure rate is most management teams are clueless.

Please tell me what makes GFTI the exception?

If they need cash; i can get them cash quick. If they need a real cash flowing business in the apparel category; I can get them that.

Raising cash for a shell with no volume and a pipe dream is extremely difficult. Hope they have a lot of friends and family left over.
