For newbies who are doing DDs, there will be NO REVERSE SPLIT. The following is an email from Leo to shareholders:

"We’re not splitting our stock. We have cash on hand and an equity line. Long term shareholders know we’ve been through these short attacks before and each time the stock recovered and reached new highs. As far as the uplist, it is in progress with NASDAQ."

There will be no major dilutions either. CTIX has $8.4M in cash and $29.7M to draw from Aspire. The planned expenses for the next 12 months are $17.7M. It's all in the recently filed 10-K.

Data from the Brilacidin-OM trial and the Prurisol trial are expected in 6-9 months. If one of them is successful, then a partnership is likely to follow.
