To the affect of statements being made with regard to certain 8-Ks related to "Item 1.01 and 9.01released at 1032AM EST on September 11, please be advised:

Many are quoting a certain 8-k that was released with certain allegations HOWEVER, based on the 8-K immediately published thereafter we now know that those statements made were erroneous and incorrect:

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

The 8-K filed September 11, 2015, accepted at 10:32 am EST, in regard to Item 1.01 and Item 9.01 was filed without proper authorization and had incorrect and erroneous statements included in the disclosure

Please be advised that any such statements in that 8-k that discussed instances of "not for resale" accusations about Mr. Heimann and Mr. Spatafora were cited within that erroneous 8-K and I think that those still quoting that 8-K should be informed that per the 8-K filed, these statements do not have any basis.
