Totally agree! I just cannot believe that he would be told one thing and then it would not be followed. If there is a sign posted, which I strongly believe there is, the onus was on the buyer to notice the sign. Also, why would he not have looked at his receipt at the time and seen the return policy and argued that before he left the store.
I so do not believe this customer, nor his complaint. That was a threat he made to try and force the hand and it did not work. So then he brings out the discrimination excuse.
Again! Surprised this was posted on this board without more DD done to confirm the sign or what is printed on a receipt. This was all hearsay as far as I am concerned.
