Once again, value does not get cut in half until ALL of the shareholders of the preferred convert and sell. Then the value would be affected. That could not possibly occur until a year from now.

Therefore, this move does not remove any value for current shareholders nor does it "handcuff" them into anything. The O/S won't be affected until shareholders convert, therefore they maintain the same exact value they have.
