The share buy back, or return to the treasury was a scam. It was an attempt at pumping up the stock, but it didn't work. Now the company faces the inevitable situation, reverse split, increase AS and start the massive dilution machine all over again, or else they go bankrupt. Simple as that.

I'm amazed at how people just take whatever is put out in a PR from an OTC CEO as gospel.
