Judging by the news and bios of the founders of Clearpath. Their not amatuers. Raised $11 million dollars to fund ethical robotics.

Founder wants to generate $1 billion in revenue. For company.

Their List of current robots they designed are impressive. Land sea and air robotics. No joke. Not some toy store Quadricopter.
