Really, if you were Porter, would you be releasing PR pumps now? Make all the pumps stale before a large chunk of shares comes off restriction, and can be dumped after Feb? Of course not. Notice Shameberg has also held his fire. This scam has the potential to snow PRs in Feb-Mar. A couple of lead-ins in Jan.

IMO, the only way a PR comes out before then is if the PPS goes 0.000ns. Then one might see a generic filler PR. Along with a couple of affiliate wash trades to make the PPS look more presentable.
