I think the case is very unlikely to settle. The MSJ 101 briefs looked pretty good, outstanding IPRs, trial date in Q3/Q4 2016, another 18 months of appeals after trial.

WDDD has very little capital and is taking on convertible debt to finance the company.

Settlement = very unlikely at this juncture IMO.
