Those were weighted average trade transactions (note the 'avg' modifier listed under Type), quite common on the OTC. The broker sells to retail at market price through the day (trades 2,3) and then settles those transactions with one purchase from the selling customer (trade 4), minus their commission/fee which is capped at 1.5% of the principal.

$.0004 minus 1.5% fee = $.000394
