Scottrade let you trade OTC at $7 flat fee for purchase only, but when you sell the stocks that are under $1/share, it will charge you $7 flat fee plus 1% of total sell. It's no good for OTC stocks. Any stock over $1, you're okay to use it.

There are no guardian angels in OTC Market. Just a bunch of paid bashers are trying to make you sell. $ELTP and $PXYN!!!
