I have a question? Didnt they buy AMTC in June? Are people expecting a PR now about the company they bought 3 months ago or is there another merger coming?

On June 11, 2015 the Company purchased AMCT, Inc., a company that
creates mobile games and multi-media platforms for games and peer-topeer
betting based in Maryland. AMCT became ATHI’s wholly-owned
subsidiary. It was purchased in return for the Company’s agreement to
assume AMCT’s debt that the Company incurred in its development of its
gaming and peer-to-peer betting platforms.
