I don't think you've read the latest statements by management. There's no reason why the float can't jump to just shy of 400 mil. And full dilution of series B will result in 750 mil shares outstanding. Now in the low 200 mil range. Have a ways to go. Okay maybe the worst of the sell off is over, but I don't think so. They will want it around $0.04 to get as many warrants exercised (cashless) as possible. Then the company will have to r split, and possibly be forced to move to OTCBB.

Sucks because I actually like the P3's chances. Just have to wait. If you're long and hoping you have to consider what will happen if it goes to $0.04, gets r split 50-1, then sold off and shorted down to $1. Your $0.05 "cheap" shares will be worth $0.02, split adjusted--a 60% loss.
