Although not 'required by law' - "communication" with shareholders is ALWAYS key to a successful (public) company!

I would have updated shareholders with the 1st 'unavoidable' obstacle hit - that elongated my task-fulfillment.

But that's just me.

Obviously: Mr. Joseph Francella isn't much of a 'communicator'.
