Is the opposite of illegal "Marking the Close"

called "Marking the Opening" and is it also a felony?

At any rate that opening 500 shares dropped the pps and therefore the Market Cap by roughly 30%.

(Market Cap plummets to only 14M but so what's a few million among friends?)

For investors who follow the charts and trade in 500 share lots I guess this might be seen as a "buy point" as opposed to last week's 500 share "sell point" and thus an opportunity to buy cheap shares for big percentage gains?
