Very curious why you would include NOL carryforward as a benefit. Do you mean to imply that incurring a loss of $18+M yields a net benefit, because of the tax write-off? Even if you assume a corporate rate of 40%, and the ability to write the whole loss off in a single year, you would still be out of pocket at least $10.2M. It would seem to me that you have SIRG’s massive debt on the wrong side of the pro/con ledger. But accounting is not my thing, please correct me if I have it wrong. Thank you.
