What is in dispute is the claim of a "Reverse Merger". There is NO RECORD of a reverse merger ever officially taking place. The REQUIRED paperwork for a reverse merger is not on file with the NVSoS, ONLY a name change and subsequent symbol change.
Anyone can visit the NVSoS website and confirm this for themselves.
