I think the company is hoping they can just keep stalling and lying until it's too late for the shareholders to take action. The company should be redeeming them right NOW! The end of the redemption period is fast approaching.

Good DD IS NOT just reciting the PRs and company handouts and looking for the good. Those things are never hard to find.
