This appears to be just ANOTHER LIE from DudS r US. According to the office of the Comptroller for the State of Texas, they are NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!
Note the last line below defining, "FRANCHISE TAX INVOLUNTARILY ENDED"
The company has been defunct since BEFORE the DudS r US announcement. They probably didn't think anyone would do the actual DD required to find the Texas records. SURPRISE!!!!
